The easiest way to fill out a 1099 Misc forms would be  to use a W2/1099 forms  printing software.   Forms printing software  allows the user to fill in and print  1099 Misc forms and will print 1099 Misc. copies B,C, state 1 and 2 on blank paper and the 1099 Misc. Copy A and the 1096 on preformatted paper which is required by  the IRS when filing.
