In order to fill out a 1099 Misc form easily and correctly,  it would be beneficial  to consider using a form printing software.  1099 Form printing software allows the user to fill in and print  1099 Misc. copies B,C, state 1 and 2 on regular paper and the 1099 Misc. copy A and the 1096 on pre-printed forms which are required by the IRS.
