how to complete 1099 miscl forms

Completing a 1099-MISC form takes no effort if you use a form printing  software.  What I suggest you do is  use a 1099 software which will print 1099 Misc B, C, State 1 and 2 to blank paper.  IRS www.irs.gov requires 1099 Misc A and 1096 forms to be scannable thus requiring  these forms to be printed to preprinted red ink laser forms.
